The company
NEO2 is a French consulting and technical assistance group specializing in the process industry and industrial infrastructure. With over 17 years of experience, NEO2 provides its expertise to manufacturers in a wide range of sectors, including energy, agri-food, healthcare, and digital.
Operating in sectors facing numerous constraints, particularly social and environmental, NEO2 provides tailor-made solutions to all its clients' project challenges while maintaining a hands-on approach.
The context of the mission
NEO2 has been committed to sustainable development for several years, both with its employees and with its customers. Internally, NEO2 structures a CSR strategy around social and environmental commitments, managed through numerous labels - EcoVadis, MASE, ChooseMyCompany…
In addition, the group operates for the ecological transition through the missions carried out with its customers. Initially submitted to the CSRD in 2026 for the 2025 financial year, NEO2 embarked on the process by starting by carrying out its double materiality analysis in September 2024.
The work done
Kiosk supported NEO2 in producing its first double materiality analysis using the methodology proposed by EFRAG.In just a few months, our consultants enabled NEO2 to prioritize the ESG issues on which to base its CSR strategy, using the framework provided by the ESRS.
Collective intelligence workshops conducted with NEO2's teams led to the identification of relevant IROs for the company, as well as the mapping of its value chain and the categorization of its stakeholders.
Following this, a questionnaire was sent to all employees to better understand their points of view on the identified impacts. This questionnaire was supplemented by internal interviews.
Based on Kiosk's recommendations, NEO2 was able to validate an assessment grid for the issues based on objective criteria and define a materiality threshold to select the most relevant topics for the group.
The project, led internally by QHSE and Operations managers, enabled NEO2 to take its first step on the path to CSRD, and to consolidate its understanding of the ESG issues associated with the company.
The benefits of Kiosk
With Kiosk, NEO2 benefited from the expertise of a dedicated team of consultants to carry out its first compliant double materiality analysis with complete peace of mind:
