The company
Founded in 2009 through successive acquisitions, Alan Allman Associates is an ecosystem of specialized consulting firms, particularly in digital transformation. Each firm has in-depth expertise in key sectors such as healthcare and financial services, enabling it to offer innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Thanks to strong synergies, the ecosystem mobilizes an international community of experts on major technological challenges such as AI, cybersecurity, data, and RPA.
By 2024, banking, public services, technology, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, and energy will represent more than 70% of the business. Other sectors such as aeronautics, luxury goods, and healthcare complete this client portfolio.
The context of the mission
Listed on various European markets for several years, Alan Allman Associates produced an extra-financial performance report (DPEF) annually. Subject to the new directive governing this process - the CSRD, from the 2024 financial year, the group quickly sought a partner to support it in producing this first report.
The challenges? Alan Allman Associates is a group composed of different firms whose management is decentralized and independent, leading to significant disparities in both CSR maturity and data management. In addition, with its international subsidiaries, a reporting harmonization process was necessary between countries.
The work completed
Kiosk supported Alan Allman Associates from start to finish in the production of its first sustainability report, following the ESRS framework (the reporting standards), in partnership with the Greenster team.
Double materiality analysis: Mandatory for compliance, Kiosk supported Alan Allman Associates in identifying the material issues to include in their report, following a methodology that complies with the official EFRAG recommendations (ESRS 1 and Implementation Guide).
We identified the issues relevant to the Group, in particular using a sector benchmark and international standards, then further analyzed the impacts, risks, and opportunities by engaging with its stakeholders. Finally, we quantified these issues based on the recommended criteria to prioritize the topics to be included in the final report.
Ultimately, this work identified the 14 material issues for Alan Allman Associates, and ensured consistency with the group's current CSR strategy.

Report Production: The reporting team was able to take control of the Kiosk platform to produce their report by following the guidance.
From choosing the hardware ESRSs and setting up the transitional provisions (phase-in), the entire environment was configured to match the specific requirements of Alan Allman Associates. Following the path constructed by the succession of questions, the team was able to complete their report and produce its paragraphs thanks to AI generation.
The result was a compliant report of around fifty pages, certified by the Group's auditors and published in their management report.
The benefits of Kiosk
Kiosk thus made its CSRD expertise available to ensure that Alan Allman Associates' first compliance process was carried out smoothly:
- A compliant CSRD report
- A robust and structuring double materiality analysis
- Simplifying the data management process for internal contributors
