The data collected is used exclusively for the creation of CSRD reports. Each user has access only to their own data and under no circumstances to the data of other users.

We do not share user data with third parties.

We retain relevant data indefinitely unless otherwise requested by the user.

6. User Rights

Users retain all rights over their data. They can request that we delete their data at any time by contacting us at tech@meetkiosk.com .

7. Security measures

We take the following security measures to protect user data:

• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

• Data is partitioned by company using our software layer.

• Our data centers are hosted in France by Scalingo SAS.
