At Europal Packaging, these challenges are met through its commitment to innovation and sustainability. To meet its customers' expectations, Europal offers a comprehensive range of packaging solutions in corrugated or honeycomb cardboard, which are easily recyclable.

The context of the mission

Europal Packaging is committed to sustainable development by offering environmentally friendly packaging solutions, using sustainable materials, minimizing waste and encouraging recycling. In order to promote its ESG commitments to all its stakeholders, and to communicate transparently on the group's sustainability commitments, Europal has decided to produce its very first CSR report.

The work completed

Kiosk supported Europal in producing its first CSR report by following the VSME framework, recommended for SMEs wishing to communicate their commitments to their stakeholders. In two months, our consultants guided Europal in identifying the information to include in this report, in particular through a benchmark of the sector's challenges. This information was then fed back through a data collection process adapted to Europal's internal operations, and formatted within the report to iteratively produce a customized report following the internationally recognized VSME framework. The project, led internally by the QHSE department, resulted in the production of the Group's first CSR report, presented and validated by senior management.
